Replacement Policy

We’re sorry to hear something was missing or damaged in your game! If you received a product with missing components or manufacturing damage, we’re here to help. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out at support@badcomet.co.


✅ What Can Be Replaced

We provide replacements for the following cases:

  • Missing components
  • Damaged or defective components
  • Significantly damaged rulebooks or boxes
  • Replacements are available for the English editions of our games only. For other language editions, please contact the local publisher.

⚠️ The Korean edition of Shallow Sea is the only exception and is handled directly by us.

⚠️ Minor wear — such as scuffed edges or light box dents — may not qualify for replacement.


🎯 Free Replacement Eligibility

To qualify for a free replacement, your request must be submitted within 3 months of receiving your product. Requests made after this period will be treated as paid replacements, and applicable part and shipping fees will be charged.

We offer only one free replacement per order, so please double-check to ensure there are no other missing or damaged components before submitting your request.

 

⚠️ Customs & Duties – Canada & Mexico
For most countries, replacement shipments do not incur customs charges. However, customers in Canada and Mexico will still be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees even if your replacement is provided free of charge. These fees are not included in your order and must be paid directly to your local customs authority. We are currently unable to offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service for Canada, Mexico, and a few other regions. As such, if you're located in one of these countries, you will be responsible for any applicable customs charges before receiving your package.
