🟫 Shipping to Australia & New Zealand

Orders to Australia & New Zealand are fulfilled by Aetherworks, our logistics partner based in Australia.

  • Processing Time: Ships within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
  • Delivery Time: ~5 business days after shipping.
  • Tracking: Aetherworks sends a dispatch email with tracking on the day your order leaves the warehouse.
  • Customs & Duties: No customs duties or import taxes are charged on orders shipped to Australia and New Zealand.

🟥 Shipping to Asian Countries

Orders to India, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam are fulfilled by VFI, our logistics partner based in China.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 week of confirmation.
  • Shipping Method:
    • China, Hong Kong, and Macau: Orders are shipped directly from VFI’s warehouse to the customer. Usually delivered within 5 business days after shipping.
    • All other Asian countries: Orders are shipped via hub shipping. VFI consolidates orders into containers and dispatches them to regional hubs. After arriving at the hub, local delivery is handled by domestic couriers in each country.
  • Tracking: For direct shipments, tracking is provided once dispatched. For hub shipments, tracking is provided after the package reaches the local hub and is handed off to the local courier.

Please note: The above estimates are the average time it takes for products to arrive at the regional hubs in each country.

  • Shipping from Hub to Customers: 2–14 days
  • Customs & Duties: Orders shipped to China, Hong Kong, Macau, India, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam via VFI are not subject to additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.

🟨 Shipping to Canada & Mexico

Orders to Canada & Mexico are fulfilled by Gamerati, located in the U.S.

  • Processing Time: Orders ship within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Delivery Time: ~5 business days after shipping.
  • Tracking: Provided by Gamerati once the order is dispatched.
  • Customs & Duties: You will be responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees directly to your local customs authority when the shipment arrives in your country.

⚠️ Important: We are currently unable to offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service for Canadian/Mexican shipments. Please ensure that you are prepared to pay your customs fees upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and may be required before your package is released.

⬜ Shipping to Europe

Orders to Europe are fulfilled by Spiral Galaxy, located in the UK.

  • Processing Time: Ships within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
  • Delivery Time: Usually delivered within 3–6 business days after shipping.
  • Tracking: Spiral Galaxy sends a dispatch email with tracking on the day your order leaves the warehouse.
  • Customs & Duties: Applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. No additional charges will be required upon delivery — what you pay at checkout is the final amount.

⬛ Shipping to the United Kingdom

Orders to the UK are fulfilled by Spiral Galaxy, located in the UK.

  • Processing Time: Ships within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
  • Delivery Time: Usually delivered within 1–2 business days after shipping.
  • Tracking: Spiral Galaxy sends a dispatch email with tracking on the day your order leaves the warehouse.
  • Customs & Duties: Applicable taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. No additional charges will be required upon delivery — what you pay at checkout is the final amount.

🟦 Shipping to the United States

Orders to the U.S. are fulfilled by Gamerati, located in the U.S.

  • Processing Time: Ships within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
  • Delivery Time: ~5 business days after shipping.
  • Tracking: Provided by Gamerati once the order is dispatched.
  • Customs & Duties: Orders shipped within the United States are not subject to import duties or customs fees.

Orders to regions not listed above are fulfilled by Spiral Galaxy, located in the U.K.

  • Processing Time: Ships within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
  • Estimated Delivery: Varies depending on destination country and courier availability.
  • Shipping Method: International express delivery using carriers such as DHL Express, UPS, or others.
  • Tracking: Sent directly by international carriers after dispatch.
