Replacement orders are processed differently from standard orders and may take more time to prepare and ship. Each part is individually picked and packed, which adds to the lead time. We appreciate your patience while we carefully handle your replacement.

🟫 Shipping to Australia & New Zealand
Replacement orders to Australia and New Zealand are shipped via VFI, our logistics partner based in China. Please note that delivery may take up to 2 months from the time your replacement is confirmed.
- Processing Time: Replacements are typically processed within 1 week.

Shipping to Regional Hub: Orders are shipped via hub shipping — VFI consolidates shipments into containers and sends them to regional hubs.

Domestic Delivery from Hub: Once the package arrives at the regional hub, it is handed to local couriers.

- Tracking: Available after the package reaches the local hub and is handed off to a domestic courier.

🟥 Shipping to Asian Countries
Replacement orders to India, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam are fulfilled by VFI, based in China.
- Processing Time: Usually processed within 1 week.

Shipping Method:
- China, Hong Kong, and Macau: Shipped directly from the warehouse. Delivery usually within 5 business days.
- All other countries: Shipped via hub shipping. Delivery proceeds in two stages: to regional hub, then to customers.
- Tracking: For direct shipments, tracking is provided once dispatched. For hub shipments, tracking is provided after the package reaches the local hub and is handed off to the local courier.

🟨 Shipping to Canada & Mexico
Replacement orders to Canada and Mexico are shipped via Gamerati, based in the U.S.
- Processing Time: Replacements are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery Time: ~5 business days after shipping.
- Tracking: Tracking information will be provided by Gamerati once the replacement is dispatched.
- ⚠️ P.O. Box addresses cannot be used.
- ⚠️ Customs & Duties: Even if your replacement is provided free of charge, you may still be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees when the package enters your country. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service for Canada and Mexico at this time. As such, you will be responsible for paying any applicable customs charges directly to your local customs authority before receiving your package. These fees are not included in your order, and we are unable to reimburse them.
⬜ Shipping to Europe
Replacement orders to European countries are shipped via Spiral Galaxy, based in the UK.
- Processing Time: Shipped within 2–3 weeks of confirmation.
- Delivery Time: Usually delivered within 3–6 business days after shipping.

🟪 Replacement Orders to the Rest of the World
Replacement orders to countries not listed above are fulfilled by Spiral Galaxy, based in the U.K.
- Processing Time: Shipped within 2–3 weeks after confirmation.
- Delivery Time: Varies depending on the destination country and courier availability.
- Shipping Method: Shipped via international express couriers such as DHL Express, UPS, or similar services.
- Tracking: Not available for these shipments.
