KICKSTARTER POLICY
  1. By pledging to this project, you acknowledge that the final art, materials, and contents of the product are subject to change and may differ from what is presented in this Kickstarter campaign.
  2. We’ll ask for your shipping information after the campaign via the pledge manager. If you do not log in to the pledge manager and confirm your pledge within 4 weeks of our notification, you agree that we have fulfilled our obligations to you in full for any payment or donations received. If you wish to confirm your pledge after the 4-week deadline, we may choose to either refund or ship your pledge at our discretion.
  3. You agree that if your address is based in a country other than one that is specifically listed as “Friendly”, you are responsible for any and all additional charges, which may include but are not limited to paying customs tax, paying sales tax, confirming address information, etc.
  4. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, so this type of address will not be accepted.
  5. If a product is shipped to the address provided by you in our Pledge Manager and the package is returned to us as undeliverable, you will be responsible for paying the full cost of shipping to have the products shipped back out to you.
NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY
  1. At Bad Comet Games, everyone is equal. We will not discriminate and will continually work to not include any discrimination against any on the basis of any status; Age, Religion, Ethnicity, Nationality, Disability, Gender, Sexual orientation, and more.
  2. We will take great steps to be supportive in our work and act in accordance to this policy. If in an uneventful moment, though unintentional, discrimination is unfortunately found in our work, we will take measures to make sure this is swiftly managed.
REFUND POLICY
  1. If you’d like to request a refund before your item ships, you must make the request at least one full week (7 days) before the listed ship date. Be aware that, in order to account for the fee charged by Kickstarter, we can only offer a 90% refund at best.
  2. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in shrink wrap, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us at info@badcomet.co.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Please note that return shipping costs, as well as the original shipping fee for sending the item to you, will be deducted from your refund. Order Cancellation PolicyIf you wish to cancel an order, we offer full refunds for cancellation requests made while the order is still under the "Order Created" status. Please note that we collect and process orders every Sunday, so all cancellation requests must be made before this point.If your order has moved to the "Processing" status, it means that your order is already in the shipping process. At this stage, we can only issue a refund after the shipment has been returned to us in its original condition.Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.All request can be made via Hive by following the link below:https://www.hiveinteractive.net/supporttickets/project/110?inventory=32RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. REPLACEMENT POLICY
  1. We will do our best to deliver games of the highest quality, but there may be instances out of our control where you may receive defective products. We are always happy to replace defective items, but we ask that replacement requests be made within 3 months of the date the item was delivered. Replacement requests after the 3-month mark will incur a fee, including component costs, shipping costs, and customs and/or duties, if any. Therefore, we please ask that the product be thoroughly reviewed for abnormalities within 3 months of arrival.
  2. Replacements will be fulfilled through Hive. Please click here to create your ticket in Hive.
  3. ⭐IMPORTANT⭐ Uploading Proof of Purchase (photo of receipt or order confirmation) is ESSENTIAL. For Box Damages, please include photos of the package box along with the shipping label.
  4. It takes approximately 3 weeks for the replacement orders to be confirmed and shipped from Hive’s warehouse in Greece. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we try to get these replacements out to you.
  5. As replacement packages are often small, there usually are never customs or fees incurred to receive these replacements but in the event they do, please take a picture or a snapshot of the receipt and let us know! We’ll be sure to take the appropriate measures to make sure we can reimburse you for the amount.
