UPDATE ON REPLACEMENTS

We’d like to share an update regarding replacement shipments.

During December and January, there were delays in several replacements due to the holidays and a shortage of staff at Hive, our fulfillment partner in Greece. In addition, a local Post Office location shut down in January, causing further delays in processing shipments.

Hive has apologized for the inconvenience, and we’re happy to share that things should now be back on track. We expect most packages to be sorted out by February 2025.

However, upon reviewing these issues, Hive recently inspected the shipments and found that some components in the process of being sent out were not in the best condition. We’re just as frustrated that this was only discovered after all these delays.

To ensure you receive a flawless product, we’ve produced a brand-new batch directly from our manufacturers in China. The shipment has now arrived in Greece but is currently held in customs. We’re working closely with Hive to clear it as soon as possible so that your replacements can be sent out without further delays.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these challenges. We’re fully committed to making sure you receive the quality replacements you deserve.
