This is Gunho from Bad Comet. We’re excited to officially unveil our new board game, Shallow Sea! Following our nature-themed games set in the Serengeti and the Amazon Jungle, Shallow Sea is our third within the theme. Let me give you a closer look at what makes this game special.

In Shallow Sea, players will create their very own vivid ocean landscapes by strategically arranging an array of marine life, colorful fish, and corals. One of the standout features of Shallow Sea is its unique puzzle-solving experience, complemented by beautifully crafted components. Unlike typical puzzle games where pieces simply accumulate, the elements in Shallow Sea can activate, deactivate, or move, creating exciting combos and intriguing dilemmas that keep you on your toes.

Another exciting aspect is that Shallow Sea boasts the most approachable rules of any Bad Comet game yet. You can learn how to play in just 10 minutes and complete a game in under an hour, while still offering the strategic depth that will challenge even the most seasoned gamers.

Inspired by the Great Barrier Reef, the largest coral system on Earth, Shallow Sea immerses you into an incredible underwater world. Located off Australia’s northeastern coast, the reef is home to an incredible variety of marine life that you'll uncover as you navigate the Shallow Sea.

Our Kickstarter campaign for Shallow Sea is set to launch on October 29th. The Kickstarter price for the base game is set at a reasonable $39.
